【Regarding Delivery Times】
As I have small children, I have set longer-than-usual delivery times.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
Typically, items in stock are shipped within 4 days. For made-to-order items, delivery takes between 1 and 4 months, depending on the specific piece (excluding weekends and holidays).
Please contact us directly regarding custom or semi-custom orders.
As we operate multiple online shops, an item listed as "1 in stock" may sometimes be unavailable (requiring it to be made to order).
◆ Domestic Shipping (Japan)
Once production is complete and the item is ready, it will be shipped via Simple Registered Mail (or Standard Registered Mail). Delivery typically takes a few days after shipment from Tokyo.
◆ International Shipping
After the item is shipped from SORA, WorldShopping prepares it for international delivery. You will receive an email within 1–3 days detailing the international shipping costs, handling fees, and payment methods.
The item will be shipped on the next business day—or within two business days at the latest—following the completion of your payment.
We plan to reopen our Etsy shop, but it is currently closed.
In the meantime, we would appreciate it if you could use this site.

【納期につきまして】
現在小さい子供がおりますため、いつもより長めに納期を設定しております
ご不便をおかけいたしますがご理解のほどよろしくお願いいたします
通常、在庫がある場合は4日以内、受注生産になる場合はその作品により1~4ヶ月頂いております（土日祝日を除く）
オーダー、セミオーダーにつきましてはその都度お問合せください
複数のサイトを運営しておりますため、在庫１になっていても在庫がない（受注生産になる）場合があります
◆日本国内の場合
制作が完了し発送準備ができ次第、簡易書留（または一般書留）にて発送いたします 東京より発送後、数日中にお届けとなります
◆海外発送の場合
SORAから発送されてからworldshippingで海外発送準備が行われ、1~3日で国際配送料・手数料・お支払い方法をお知らせするメールが届きます
お支払いが完了した日の翌営業日、遅くとも2営業日以内に発送となります
Etsyも再開する予定ではありますが、現在Etsyは休業しております
